Cropical Getaways Disclaimers

Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our contracts with the hotels, no refunds will be available after 30 days prior to the event, unless there is a  waiting list and the spot can be filled.  Cancellations before 30  days prior to the event will receive a full refund, with the exception of $79.

By submitting your registration for a retreat, you agree to accept Cropical Getaways' terms as follows: I agree and hold harmless Cropical  Getaways and Tammi McCarraher  from any harm or damage which may occur or has occurred at a Cropical Getaways retreat. I confirm  that all information provided herein is true and accurate, and I agree to all event policies. I hereby release Cropical Getaways, it’s sponsors, it’s offices,  agents, employees and families from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind which may arise out of or  result from my attendance at the Cropical Getaways retreat, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to me or my  invitees. With my attendance at the event, I realize that I may be included in publicity photos. I hereby give my consent for the use of these photos  and/or comments in future Cropical Getaways promotional materials. Cropical Getaways reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen  circumstances and is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants. In cases of cancellation by Cropical Getaways, full  refunds will be issued promptly.
